COMPETITION FORMAT
CHEFS work with sustainable fisheries to create dishes such as crudos, ceviches, tiraditos, tartare, poke and more for a panel of celebrity judges.
BARKEEPS compete by making Fish House Punch, which is the oldest surviving colonial American beverage using a sponsored spirit.
WINE PROFESSIONALS compete by selecting wines to be paired with dishes prepared by the chefs.
JUDGES FIND THE WINNER
Chefs present [3] dishes judged on flavor, creativity and presentation.

FISH HOUSE PUNCH first appeared in 1735 at Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania - which was the first angling cooperative and longest running social club in English-speaking world, known to many as Fish House.
