GLOBAL FIRES
GLOBAL FIRES is a large-format tasting experience for more than 150 people focused on elevating the presentation of sustainably raised animals with ancient fire cooking presentations. Through the eyes of notable chefs we explore the dawn of the Spice Route and blaze a path through cultures around the globe.
Cooking over fires started its’ trek to America thousands of years ago, and for centuries, groups have been gathering to enjoy locally spiced foods over fire by names such as Baba Guling, Satay, Mangal, Braai, Hibachi, Asado, Barbacoa, Luau and even now the modern day Tomahawk causes quite the celebration. Both events celebrate heritage breed animals, sustainably sourced sea-life and responsibly raised produce. Each chef is tasked with cooking one [1] protein and one [1] vegetable.
THE FIRE TABLE is a more intimate live-fire cooking showcase suitable for groups of 100 or less. Notable chefs gather to cook a handful of techniques the spotlight the mission of the event, venue and participating brands. These events are simply an edible education of the world’s greatest moments since we started the process of cooking spiced foods over fire.
These events can be hosted in tandem with Mags for Ag or separated.
